Need your prayers, please! UPDATED

I started spotting lightly yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps so strong I feel like I'm being stabbed in the abdomen. And of course, more bleeding. I'm terrified. My first appointment is in about 8 hours but I have no idea what to do. My fiancé is just upset cause I keep waking him up. I might just go to ER and leave him here. Thoughts and prayers are much needed and appreciated ladies.

UPDATE:

Well ladies, I had my appointment this morning. I should be at nine weeks. They couldn't find anything with the ultrasound. Took my blood and I go back Friday to do the same. I've pretty much given up hope since they told me there is a very small chance that anything good will come out of this. I'll let you all know what happens Friday. Thank you for all your prayers.

Well I finally fell back asleep last night. This morning I don't have any cramps at all, but still bleeding. My appointment is two and a half hours. I'll keep you all updated!
