Perineum is very very sore during menstural cycles!

When I gave birth to my daughter I tore my perineum pretty badly and I developed a hematoma as well. Every month during my cycle it will hurt again and then it will stop. Is anyone else having this same issue or is it just me? I need to find something to help, any suggestions are welcome.

    I don't have that issue, but I wonder if its due to scar tissue? Can you try doing the perineum massage/stretching that some people were trying before we gave birth? Maybe that will help with the scar tissue?

    I only tore a little, but I'm also getting pain during my period.  Not too bad, but just an annoying ache in the whole general area.
