Earlier this week I called a clinic with a donor embryo program that I had inquired about some time ago, but the details were a little fuzzy as the program had just been started. I spoke with the TPR coordinator and she explained the costs, etc to me so then I asked how long their wait-list is. Um, the only list is of embryos waiting!! I got off the phone and had a stroke. All I heard were "embryos available" and forgot how to think! I called back to ask if the RE would do basic immune testing (I had JUST scheduled a consult with Liz's RE who will order the tests!) and was told he would (my RE wouldn't), so I scheduled a phone consult. Last night I spoke to him and absolutely loved him! He didn't think there was anything in my history that indicated IF related immune issues but would order a RPL panel if it would put my mind at ease. (I had an autoimmune thyroid disorder when I was a teen so it does concern me that there may be something else going on.) Also, if you saw my post on the IF board about his explanation of my AMH going up, you'll know that I was impressed with him! Not to mention I have only heard great things about him. Today his office sent lab orders to a lab close to me since they are 4 hours away. I just came home from having 20 vials of blood drawn!! Thank goodness the phlebotomist listened to me and only had to stick me once in the magic vein. I was in & out in 10 min! The craziest thing to me in all of this is how all the pieces are falling into place quickly!! Oh, AND the TPR coordinator sent me the list of available embryos!!! I definitely have a favorite on the list but of course have to discuss it with DH. The majority of the donors sent in photos, which I think was really awesome of them. There was one baby photo that I just "connected" with...sounds odd, I know! I just hope DH feels the same way. 
So I guess once we decide which ones to go with we'll move onto the next steps...SIS or hysteroscopy, IDK...too many details in my head right now!

IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved. 1 fertilized with ICSI. Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims. ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching! No frosties but hoping we won't need it! IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy
Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14

cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response

Me (34)- no issues found MH (36)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist. 9R, 7M, 5F = BFN c/p, New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS 4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice. CCRM-here we come! ODWU-All test results normal. EPP in August. 21R, 20M, 19F. 12 blasts biopsied & frozen for CCS testing. Results showed 11 normal! FET Oct. 30. 2 5d 4AA blasts transferred. First ever BFP!!! Beta 1=216, Beta 2=870 1st U/S=It's TWINS!!! It's a BOY and a GIRL!! Everyone Welcome!!!
