We're moving to a different neighborhood in our town and changing daycare locations. Our son would be moving up to a pre-K classroom even if he stayed in the same school so this would have been a time of transition in any case. Should I give his teachers "good bye" presents? I gave each of them something for Christmas although there has been some turnover since then. I plan to give something small to the director in part because she convinced the owners (she is an employee) to give us our deposit back for DS #2 when we wound up not enrolling him, and also because she is who I interact with the most. We're bringing in watermelon as a good-bye snack for the class.
