My MFM Dr. is going to LOVE me

 After our loss in April, my husband and I had a few rounds of Clomid w/o IUI, all BFN.  On July 31 and August 1st we had our first back to back IUI's... after the longest 2ww of my life we amazingly got a BFP!!  It was completely unexpected since my husband has a 2% Morphology and we were told we should expect at least 3 rounds of  Med/IUI.  On Sunday, 8/25 we had our first US with our RE.  We are now expecting TWINS!!!  Two babies....lol.. I still do not know if i should cry, laugh or faint.. I have my next US on Tuesday 9/3 to see our TWO babies again and to (FX) see TWO amazing heartbeats!  The excitement is overwhelming!

So compounding my already high risk pregnancy of twins, i am also facing Lovenox, because i have several (4) clotting disorders.  Factor V, Protein S, Protein C, and + anticardiolipin antibodies.  I also have a HX of Miscarrying, Gastric Bypass and Gestational Diabeties.

TTC 2 years and BFP! High risk pregnancy - high BP, Gestational diabetes on insulin, 4 blood clotting problems on lovenox 2x a day TTC again 3 years - BFP 3/2013. Lost baby 4/2014
Referred to RE by high risk DR - diagnosis unexplained female infertility and 2% morphology male infertility.
Clomid/ovadril Without IUI - BFN 5/2013
Clomid/ovadril Without  IUI - BFN 6/2013
Clomid/ovadril With IUI -  7/31/2013 and 8/1/2012 BFP WITH TWINS!  Vanishing twin @ 7wks

EDD with surviving twin 4/25/2014!
