Boss issues

My boss is a male and has never had kids! He is not understanding of my extreme morning sickness and is not helping me work around it! What do I do????

    Usually it works best if you ask for exactly what you need, why you need it, and explain how your boss can help you.  It helps if you can also explain the positive affect on your workplace.

    Example:

    "Boss, I have been feeling very ill in the morning. I'm afraid I'm just not productive before about 10:00.  Would it be possible for me to come in later, and stay until 6:00?  This will maximize my productivity."

    What is it you need help with? Have you asked him about those accommodations?

    I'm really no help because I work in an ICU (when I'm not home with my kids...and they don't accommodate either) and there's really nothing you can do but know where the nearest trash can is everywhere you go.
