Hard- pain under right boob

in 3rd Trimester
So when I lay down on my right side under where my bra would sit- is hard/hurts. It's a different pain then what it feels like when milk is coming in. This spot is localized and hard. Any ideas?
Pregnancy discovered at 12 weeks 12/2007 - D&C at 13 Weeks due to partial Ectopic pregnancy/Body rejecting pregnancy. Last Pregnancy - EDD August 2013 TTC Our first miracle baby.

    This seems to be common as there have been a few posts about it and a lot of people have that pain. It could be for a lot of different reasons though, especially since it's "hard." I'd mention it to your OB just to rule out gall bladder issues.

    This is only skin/tissue/muscles deep. Right where my bra sits. A friend of mind mentioned a clogged milk duct?

    I have an appointment Friday but I wasn't sure if anyone else had similar experiences.
    I actually have to go in today for something now. So ill ask then.

    It could be muscle spasms. That's what my doc said it is, and to drink more water. What do you know? Drinking more water actually worked.
