I am trying to de-Teflon my cookware, and my cookie sheets are gross. I an looking for a good bread pan, muffin tin, and cookie sheet that is NOT Teflon or aluminum. I've looked at Pampered chef stoneware, Le Creuset enameled stoneware, enameled cast iron... And now I'm overwhelmed. Any recommendations my friends?
i have a silicone bake pan that I really like. It gets wobbly when it's full, though, so it needs to be on a sheet when you put it in the oven. I know they make silicone muffin pans, too.
We're anti-Teflon too, so I use stoneware or Pyrex for lasagna-type things, silicone for cakes/brownies and for the rest I have old sheets that I use Silpat liners on.
