6 months! and what your LO is up to

So...my LO turns 6 months today...I can't believe how fast time goes! The first 3 months seemed to take forever but the last 3 months went by so fast! I wanted to see where everyones LO 's were at different ages so I can see what I have to look forward too

Age: 6 months

Weight: Around 18-18.5 lbs (doctors appt not for another couple weeks)

Milestones: bottom two teeth popping through, sitting up mostly unassisted, starting to rock on all fours, rolling in all directions

Likes: jumper, playing on the floor, playing outside, pool time, stroller walks, bright rattles, her baby einstein music

what are your LO's up to these days?

My LO is also 6 months today. We had our 6 month appointment today too.

15.5lbs and 26.85in. Not sure if it matters but she was 4 weeks early too.

She can sit for about 30 seconds before she reaches for something and falls over.

She rolls everywhere both ways.

She does 360s on her belly

She scoots forward pushing with her feet and burying her head down

She loves her jumper and getting into getting into her 2 year old sisters toys on the floor

No teeth...thank goodness for BF mom

My LO is 6 months and 4 weeks old and boy how much has changed in those 4 weeks! Be prepared for when your tot gets mobile!

Age: 6 months and 4 weeks

Weight: 17lbs

Milestones: Sits without assistance, crawls (its getting to the point that I know have to practically jog to catch up with him, he's getting to be a super fast crawler), pulling to stand (its so hard getting him down for his naps and at bedtime)

Likes: Loves standing in his crib and bouncing, loves rolling around in his walker, loves his Step 2 Push Around Buggy, loves playing "Chase the Baby Around the House", and he absolutely loves his bubble bathtime.

6 months and some change. He started sitting at 5 months and is now crawling. He wants to stand at all times and is standing on furniture and walking on it some. Went to the park today and he decided to crawl up the slide... needless to say he's a crazy man! No teeth yet. I think he's between 17-18 pounds. He's slimmed up since moving so much!

My LO is 6 months 1 week. Not sure what she weighs (apt in the next few weeks) but is prob around 19ish pounds.

Milestones: 2 bottom teeth came in back to back around 5 months. Rolling both ways, sitting unassisted and sitting up by herself, crawling all over the place and pulling up.

Likes: Her jump and go, playing on the floor as long as she is surrounded by little toys that she can throw around. Her newest thing is chasing the cat. She has gotten pretty close to catching her but not quite.

wow! It'll be interesting to see how fast crawling comes around..she can definitely get from point A to point B but she isn't crawling...more like belly flopping to her destination. she gets those knees under her and kind of moving but can't quite get the hands to catch up. sitting still seems to be an issue...she gets so excited that she falls back but she's better at catching herself. the 2 bottom teeth are definitely visible now, but she's now chewing on things really hard with her top gums so I think those two are on their way...geesh!

she can't get herself up to sitting yet so no pulling up-for now. once she figures it out though I'm not looking forward to it...
