Well just one, I POAS today.

I am not 100% sure when I O'ed bc I got +OPKs on 8/17, 8/18, 8/19 and 8/20, but the darkest most clear holy crap positive was 8/18. So I decided in my head that I O'ed on 8/18 and am 8DPO today which is actually not the earliest I've tested.

Well I didn't take a pic but I squinted at it from every angle and thought I might see a line. Maybe. If I squinted and held it up to the light at a 37 degree angle. So then I call DH in there and he's like I don't see anything. I say, "Are you SURE?" and he says "100%, I don't see anything." Okay so I toss the test. Well then I get out of the shower and I'm like REALLY, he can't see anything? So I have him dig it out of the garbage and he's like squinting at it, and he's like, "Oh, THAT? Does that even count? I can hardly see anything." OK so now DH can obviously see something. But it's been like 8 minutes since I tested so it could be an evap line. And even though he could see something we still had to hold it up to the light at just the right angle. So now I'm in worse limbo than if I had just not tested at all. And I'm of course worried that I'm somehow catching a CP.

Trying to convince myself to wait at least 48 hours to test again BUT SERIOUSLY WHY AM I SO FREAKING CRAZY!?!?!

You're a total nut job. But we love you anyway. Step away from the strips for a day or so and maybe a digital at 10 days post to prevent the mystery and squinting?

Either way, crossing fingers that the result is what you want it to be. ((Hugs))

Haha, thanks ladies! It was like a science lab in our bathroom this morning. So much scrutinizing of my pee. Lucky DH. I bet he's super turned on now.

Absolutely been there, done that, got the crazy woman award for squinting at peed upon sticks of all sorts!

I'd wait a couple more days and POAS again. GL, my dear! I hope you get the result you want!

I had the faintest of lines at 9 or 10 dpo and it was a confirmed BFP with a digi at 11 dpo. You never know!!!

This was me too. DH and I were TOTALLY squinting and were unsure until I tested later that night and got a BFP with a digi. I sent the picture of it to at least 3 people. A line is a line. FX!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the FX!! And thanks for the stories of everyone who had a similar experience and had it turn out good! I should have taken a picture so I could post. I'm not at my best at 5:30 in the morning though, so not surprised I didn't think to take a picture.

This made me LOL. When we moved into our temporary apartment for our house project, DH "found" (and I had forgotten about) the small box of myriad variety pee sticks I had tested on from this (surprise) pregnancy. And because it was a surprise...suffice it to say there were a ridiculous variety of sticks shoved in a drawer. He accused me of turning our bathroom into a laboratory!

Oh no! Not the POAS crazies! I know it will be a long 24-48 hrs for you, but hang in there!

FWIW, I POAS everyday following my trigger shot on my BFP cycle even though it was physically impossible to get a true positive without confirming betas. My OB thought I was nuts!
