Poor baby - the sequel

So S is mostly over his cold, thank goodness, and back to daycare this week.

I'm a bit bummed for him, though. He's moving up to preschool Sept 3, and that's great because most of his friends have already moved up and he's left in a room of really young (mostly just arrived from the infant room) toddlers. Last week, they started transitioning him and he loved every moment he was in preschool. We've been talking it up around the house and super excited for him.

But when I droppped him off this morning, I learned that since one of the toddler teachers is on vacation, they're not doing any transition time because they can't due to ratios. It's a huge bummer, because he was just getting to feel like a big kid and now he's back to the old classroom. Hence, sobbing for mama at drop off.
