9 weeks & zero energy......

Hi ladies

I'm 9 weeks pregnant & am just suffering.....it seems my get up & go has just got up & gone!!!
I have a 5 yr old at home with me still b4 school re-starts....any tips on how u ladies keep ur energy up or how current mummies entertain the kids wud b greatly appreciated!
Feel so bad my poor boy is stuck with tv, iPad & toys the past week :o(

    I started experiencing some extreme fatigue at 6 weeks and it still hasn't really gone yet, I'm currently 11 weeks. What has helped is getting my butt off the couch and doing some prenatal yoga and Pilates. I know, it's super tough getting started but once I did, my mom nagged me to death to do it, I felt infinitely better. I only do half an hour in the morning and if I have time then another half hour in the afternoon. My 2 and a half year old and 1 year old love doing it with me. Well, the older one does. The younger one like to climb all over me while I do the floor exercises. But, hey, it entertains them. Other than that, my kids love specific activities, like play dough and finger painting. Oh, and the older one loves putting stickers in her sticker book. Each activity can keep them occupied for about half an hour to an hour, if I'm lucky. The rest of the day they are watching tv or just playing with their toys. I figure once I get my energy back we will be back to our normal active lifestyle so I'm not feeling too guilty just yet. :)

    Thank you so much for the tips! We live in the UAE so he's used to swimming everyday but I've had no energy :o( plus living in 45 plus degree heat everyday is not my idea of fun at the moment! School return in just over a week so comes with that peaceful days & football practice! Hopefully by that point normality will b resumed haha! Thanks 4 replying & happy healthy pregnancy to you :o) x

    No advice, but I'm in the same boat!  I have a 5 and 2 year old and I have to keep reminding them that baby is making Mommy tired and to go easy on me.  It works for about a minute...lol
