lotion recommendations for itchy boobs?

I'm dying. I've managed to avoid the itchy boobs until a few days ago. Shoulda seen it coming. I need relief.

They've already increased 4 cup sizes. If they're growing again, they're going to need their own zip codes. Each.

So what lotion do you recommend to help soothe the itchy? Right now I'm using a couple different Dollar Tree lotions (an oatmeal lotion and a cocoa butter lotion), but for sanity's sake, I'm willing to splurge a little. I can't take much more of this.

  • Coconut oil. I buy it in a jar for $6 at Trader Joes. It's good for itchy nipples, too.

  • I use the same stuff for itchy boobs that I use for my itchy belly. Palmers Tummy Butter. It is predominantly cocoa butter but also has vitamin e, collagen, elastin, lavendar, etc. Its awesome. My sister gifted me a normal size tub for mothers day (so sweet!) And I'm only halfway through it. So while it is more $ than dollar store stuff it lasts forever.

I also keep a little one in my purse. I love it, moisturizes without being oily.

  • LOVE my coconut oil. I got the worst stretch marks with my first lil' one and now with this pregnancy I use it ALL the time and it helps SO much. I even plan to use it once I start nursing as nipple cream as well for the babies rashes if she gets any. Its an amazing magic oil ;)
  • There is something called Mother's Special Blend (or something like that) that comes in a yellow bottle and they sell it at Whole Foods.
I heard about it on that show "The Doctors" and used it with LO1. I keep forgetting to use it as often this time around but I like it well enough. It's a blend of several natural oils and doesn't have too strong of a smell to it.
  • I use cetaphil cleanser and lotion everywhere. I had horrible eczema early on and it helped. Plus it's super gentle. It helped with itchy nipples and boobs too.

  • I use mothers special blend oil and have a natural lotion. Neither help with itching. My stomach itches all the time! My dr. told me I could use a small amount of cortisone cream if I needed it.

  • I LOVE the Palmers Cocoa butter - easy to find (any drugstore will have it), works AMAZING on my super itchy boobs and tummy (I've used it my entire pregnancy), one bottle lasts a looong time and it's not super expensive. And you smell like hot chocolate :)

  • I've been using Bio Oil and love it. Helps with my itchy nipples and belly and isn't greasy once it dries. Love that stuff.
