Change picture next to name

How can I change the picture that is next to my name? It is really starting to bother me that it is appearing as some pregnant woman or a woman with a baby. I neither at this point and want to put something different there.

    I just saved it again. This time I did the whole process on just my phone. Lets see if it worked

    I like your username. I am trying to be as optimistic as possible. My husband believes very much that everything happens for a reason so he knows there was a reason for this pregnancy not to have worked. He just doesn't know why and we probably never will. And YAY! My picture finally changed.
