which tooth first

I looks like LO may be getting a tooth but the white spot is not the front tooth, its closer to the side on the bottom.. Anyone else get this?

I see white caps right under the gums for the two bottom teeth and two top teeth. I don't know when they will cut through.. Kinda funny he is drooling worse than a St. Bernard.

I think its his lower canines, read online and it is not completely unheard of, just rare

DS cut his two front bottoms. I can see the white caps for his two front uppers, and I can feel the ridges pretty well. Hoping he can cut them sooner than later because he is in a lot of pain. He won't use any of the teething toys I've purchased for him, he just wants to suck on his fingers and I feel so awful they look like their about to be sucked raw. There isn't too much I can do to keep his hands out of his mouth.

Yes this is possible..plenty Omg my patients reported this..I am a pediatric dental assistant

It is possible for them to go back. Sometimes you can even see tooth buds at birth and they will "disappear". It is possible that you see the teeth buds but could be quite sme time before the teeth actually break through.

One of B's front bottom teeth has broken through and the other one is right under the surface.
