cleaning lady vent/ advice needed

We had a woman come and clean our house today it was a one time session. She was cleaning doors, windows, baseboards and our kitchen. She came highly recommended.

It was $220 and she was here four hours. I am not bitching about the price.

After she left today we noticed she did not clean the baseboards in the basement or the windows in the guest room and also the doors are still scuffed up I am going to have to go over them again. The kitchen looks wonderful.

So the advice I needed was can I say something to her about her work or did I just get screwed?

I agree, if you had agreed that she would clean those things she needs to come back and do it.

I guess only you can decide if it's worth a phone call or not. I personally would go ahead and call because they may send her back to do the cleaning so you don't have to. Also, they are probably very used to that kind of thing, and as long as you're polite there's no reason to feel bad about it.
