growth scans. ..

Just wondering how often those pregnant with identical twins get growth scans? I get one every 4 weeks..just wondering if that's in the norm. Thanks!

    Mine are every 2 starting at 18w but we already have discordinate growth.

    Oh, sorry, I think we are doing every 2 because they are mono/di. Are yours sharing a placenta?

    Honestly I think it depends on how your pregnancy is going. I have di/di identicals and had an ultrasound once a week from weeks 19-35.

    I have scans every 4 weeks to check my cervix since I had PTL with DS. Other than that, I have di/di twins with no complications so I feel once a month is enough for now. I was told at 32 weeks I will atart going every 2 weeks.

    I'm having di/di with no complications early on and had one every 4 weeks. At around 32 weeks I started going every other week. Now at 36 weeks They want me to go twice a week due to low fluid in A and a size discordance.

    I have ultrasounds and cervix checks once a week because I have a shortening cervix, (their growth has always been great) with my mfm and ultrasounds once a week also with my ob but only do growth every 4 weeks I guess since I never had a problem with their growth and I get two ultrasounds a week if they saw anything alarming they would do a growth scan

    I get a scan every 2 weeks but they do the growth scan every 4 weeks.

    I was pregnant with mo/di twins. I had ultrasounds every 2 weeks starting at 16 weeks. Every other ultrasound (so every 4 weeks) I had a full anatomy scan.

    Growth every 3 to 4 weeks. My MFMs say that mote often than every 3 weeks is not long enough for statistical significance. Waiting between growth was so hard because we have such doscordance.
