    I actually looked into their prek program for Jack because they have a great preschool. Yuck!

    ETA I'm sure your kids are vaccinated lol but nothing's 100%; I would be a little uneasy!

    Oh and lovely that due to J being so sick when he was younger he is behind on his vaccines the only one he still needs is his last MMR. Shoot me now. We are scheduled to get it ASAP in 2 months. Praying no measles hit our house especially with me being pregnant.

    Wow, this makes me sick on so many levels.  I can't help but wonder if the 4 month old's parents were vaccinating.  I would be furious if my baby was too young to be fully vaccinated but caught measles from someone who chooses not to vaccinate.

    This happened in my moms group when DS was a baby. An unvaccinated child got measles and passed it to 3 babies who were too young for the vaccine.

    When are kids fully vaccinated against measles? Is it 12 months on the CDC schedule? Stories like this make me want to keep her home, in a little bubble.

    Kids get their last MMR at 4.

    Oh, wow. I didn't realize it was that late. So irresponsible. Hopefully this will scare some of the rest of them into getting vaccinated.
