Last week I ordered 3 covers for my newborn stash from Abby's Lane. Shipping was super fast (and free) to begin with, but they ended up sending an incorrect cover (honest mistake - "super brite" and "super lite" are too dang similar). I emailed them rather late yesterday evening about it, and the reply was immediate! Stephanie assured me that they would send the correct cover with a prepaid envelope to send the incorrect one back first thing Monday, plus she gave me a voucher for a few bucks off my next order to make up for the mistake. I used that as an excuse to buy a newborn AIO that I had talked myself out of previously...
Anyway, I just wanted to let y'all know that their customer service is absolutely wonderful. The free shipping alone makes me want to give them more of my business, but I'm truly amazed at how fast they respond to their customers.
