Recommend your Thermometer

After all the Nosefrida love, I've decided to place an Amazon order and get one of the dern-blasted things. Figured I might as well get a nice thermometer while I'm at it. Do you guys have one that you love? For the record, I just *cant* stick anything in her butt, so it has to be one that can be used non-rectally. 

Sidenote: H was just feeding Lex and she blew out her diaper through the front AND back. Heh.

    Vicks rectal is great. 10 sec readout and its easy to use. Never mind. Reread that you can't use rectal. Maybe this will help someone else instead... Good luck!!

    I like out temporal thermometer. The one we have can be used on the forehead or underarm.

    I have the exergen temporal artery thermometer. I love it! So easy to use. I believe consumer reports found it to be very accurate too. I personally would still have a rectal thermometer on hand though too. If you ever need to call the advice nurse or something they'll want a rectal temp.

    I second the exergen temporal thermometer. Very easy to use and you just glide it along lo head. It had great reviews online.
