products for sleeping with baby in bed?

If you use one, which is it and would you recommend it?  i'd love to have a product where i could just put a side up/down to nurse the baby without having to move him...... does such a product exist?

    We use one of those thick changing table pads to give LO his own space if he comes into bed with us. It is probably 3 or 4 inches thick at the edges, so we can feel it with our bodies. It also slightly curves up towards the edges, so LO can't roll off/out. I don't bf, so I don't know how easy it would be with that.
