Milestones/ questions/ vents? My vent is that there is still a human inside of me! GTFO soon or im'a get real grumpy.
QOTW: What are your plans for daycare once your new LO arrives? Is your dec10 LO starting preschool this fall? No daycare for the newbs, my parents will watch the kids in the evenings when I teach dance. I signed hazel up for early preschool ( a program for kids who miss the 3 by aug.31 cutoff for real preschool.) it's just 2 mornings a week, I think she will have a great time. Plus she's getting to a stage where I could really use a break from her every once in a while.
We are going to find out when the time comes....still anxiously awaiting our first appointment next Thursday.
My milestone is combating constipation.... I have added apple juice to my fluids and it appears to be helping. Also although I was told splenda was ok imthink the artificial sweeteners were making me not feel well. My main vent is that I am only comingup on 9 weeks and am actually shpwing which with me being plus size I didnt expect so soon. On tne flip side no weight gain yet.
For dd we are going to try a preschool program when she is 4. Its 3 half days a week. If we did it next year when 3 she would repeat the same program 2 years in a row. So for now we plan on having dd and the new lo at the neighbors who does in home child care and charges minimal.
We will be finding out the sex, probably around Thanksgiving.
Vent: this pregnancy seems sooo much harder than my first. I'm whiny and sore and my m/s comes at dinner time! I really hope it gets better in 2nd tri, cause I feel like a big pregnant wuss. Oh, and my pants are already too tight. Eek!
DS goes to an in home DC, so newbie will go there, too, probably next August, when he/she is about 4 months old. Elliott starts a 1 day a week preschool(that DC will take him to) next week!

I'm kind of freaking out that I am 3rd on the list. (And JBM!)
I'm 32 weeks with boy #2.
I'm feeling really unprepared. My house has been a disaster recently, and every time I try to clean something up or organize I have to give J a project to do, and he ends up making an even bigger mess for me to clean up. If I don't give him a project he cries for me to play with him the whole time.
I stay at home with J, so there probably won't be any daycare changes unless I go crazy and decide I need a job again. We looked into some preschools, but I don't feel like be is emotionally ready for that. He has been having meltdowns if I need to leave him with my mom just to go to an appointment.
My house had been a disaster since fining out a month ago we were expecting... the day we got back from vacation.
Finally I mustered up the energy and tackled it last Sunday and DH helped a bit this week with some odds and ends.
More reason for me to practice maintaining the house, then letting it go to .... well you know where....
This fall will be interesting because on top of work, I am taking two graduate level classes. Luckily they are Hy-brid and only meet in person once a month and the rest is online.
Boy, Girl, Team Green, or U/S date? It's way too early right now. We will find out when we can.
Milestones/ questions/ vents? Like kelcaryn, first tri is kicking my butt! Seriously. This pregnancy is definitely rougher than the first. I am so tired and nauseous most of the time. And I'm sick of eating, as ridiculous as that sounds! I try to eat more often to fight off the bouts of nausea, but the nausea creeps up on me an hour after I eat. I can't keep up.
And just like PPs, my house is a disaster.
QOTW: What are your plans for daycare once your new LO arrives? Is your dec10 LO starting preschool this fall? DS is at an in-home daycare. Our plan is to move him to a daycare center with a pre-school program next fall. We would try to find a center that could take both DS and new LO.
How many weeks are you? 36 (because I'm really late to respond to this post)
Boy, Girl, Team Green, or U/S date? green
Milestones/ questions/ vents? nothing really new. Things are actually going ok for being in the final weeks.
QOTW: What are your plans for daycare once your new LO arrives? Is your dec10 LO starting preschool this fall? I have maternity leave until January, basically, (I know, it's amazing!!!) so the new LO is going to start at a daycare center then. I still think it's kind of young for a center as opposed to a nanny, which we did last time, but it's just easiest for us. DS will stay at his current center, but he's moving up classrooms starting the day after labor day. He is SO excited to be in "preschool prep" because a lot of his friends from this past "school year" moved up in June (there are two move-up times). And he wants to be a big boy. I'm excited for him as well. I hope the transition goes well. Also glad we'll be paying something like $200 less per month for him! (yes, I know, the new LO's "tuition" is going to be insane once that starts up.)
Re: HDBD
Vent: I still haven't started on the nursery. I've bought a picture and that's it.
IL's keep DS. They will keep DD, too. I've considered DC or some type of preschool for J but we haven't really looked into it
(My hair is not really red. Instagram changed it! Lol)
