Pink eye or allergies?

Here's the best close up/cropped pic I could get.  I'm looking at the eye on the right.

It definitely looks irritated to me, there's no puss, but my mommy gut tells me this could be pink eye.  FWIW, when I had pink eye ~10 years ago, I had no puss with it.  Or is it allergies?

    I would wait and judge in the morning.  I would look for crusty stuff/puss in the morning.

    My bet is allergies.  EVERYONE is suffering from it right now because of the pollen in the air.  Brenna is having some problems with it too, and I catch her rubbing them and blinking a lot.  They stay red all the time for the past few days.  Benadryl helps at night.  Pedi said we could use childrens Zyrtec too.

    to me, it looks exactly like DH's eye when he had pink eye. but with the way the pollen and everything is, it could be allergies. i would give it until the morning and then see if its better or worse and then call the pedi.
