Saturday Night/Sunday Morning Roll Call

Our awesome neighbors hosted a bbq/diaper party tonight, and it was so fun! Until about 10pm and I was ready for bed. But all the kids seemed to gather in our garage to play ping pong. I was soooooo tired and ready for them to leave. Now they have and guess what?! Here I sit, and not tired at all. WTH???

    LOL isnt that always the case? I just fed my boys and brought them down to the nursery so I can get some sleep for a few hours.

    I'm beginning to think I was just tired of the bugs....and the drinkers. Did I really act like that when I was drinking?!  8-|

    I'm babysitting tonight and the boys are asleep... I really shouldn't complain about getting paid $25/hour to eat ice cream & dick around on the Internet, but I haven't seen my husband all week and he just got back into town, so I'm wishing I was home watching 30 Rock reruns and making up for lost snuggles.

    Aww DH had his diaper party tonight as well. It was at a cigar shop that started at 6. I dropped him off there and had a nice relaxing nappy afternoon that ended in Chinese food. His buddy dropped him off at 2 am and of course he ate my left overs and went right to bed. Me... Wide awake!

    And I totally know what you mean about the drunks. I hope I wasn't that annoying, but at the same time I can't wait to be! ;) Lol I think it's funny to watch him tell stories and explain things repeatedly. While wobbling and eating and randomly saying, "you're hot in those pj pants, hiccup". (My pjs are tight now that my ass decided to be pregnant too. Not hot.)

    I've been home sick... Both ends at the same time. As if being pregnant wasnt hard enough. I hope I feel better in the morning... Blah.

    Luckily I woke up at 5 am so it's not too too bad. I was so damn hungry! I forgot that I hardly touched my dinner. Silly me. I don't even know if I want to go back to bed... It's too uncomfortable!

    5:25am and sleep is a thing of the past. DH is at work and will prob get forced for Sunday day and I HATE when he does on a Sunday.

    I went to sleep way early so now I'm up way early and bored. DH has a friend and his brother sleeping downstairs so I should keep quiet but I'm hungry and thirsty!

    -My step-daughter is 12 years old.

    -BFP #1 on 9/2/12, D&C 10/18/12 no heartbeat on US @ 10 weeks.

    -BFP #2 on 1/7/13, R was born on 9/22/13 via C-Section

    I'm on the couch again no sleep for me either . Everyone is sleeping and there are seagulls screaming outside my window , I wish they would shut the hell up . I'm wondering why it's hard to breath at the moment , I have to take deep breaths . Maybe the baby is pushing my diaphragm or something.

    Yep! Struggling to stay awake through tonight's first mid-night feed. I think LO is as sleepy as I am because every few sucks he dozes off. But on the bright side, at least he is sleeping well between feedings tonight!

    I'm awake, baby is being crazy, and a few contractions thrown in. When I get up, they go away and I feel fine, but when I lay down, I don't feel good again. So no sleep... Boo!

    I'm up so early this morning thanks to a 5 am coughing fit. I'm still sick with some kind of head cold and now DH as it too. As much as I want this LO to come I'm afraid of one of us getting her sick so soon after birth.

    I'm sick too :( Fwiw, OB told me that the babies can't catch my cold/sinus infection/whatever this is after birth, because I've already built up antibodies and passed along to them. So unless you just start getting sick two days before or five days after birth, baby will be immune. Hope you feel better!

    I don't post much... but I've been up since 3:30am when DH and his buddy came home from a night out and decided it'd be so much fun to make sure I knew they got home safe. Sigh... and I was sleeping too. 

    I tried to go back to sleep, but DS then decided 5:30am was a good wake up call.  He's now bouncing around the house and I just terribly want to go back to bed. I'm wondering what's an appropriate amount of time before I wake DH to help...

    I'd give him 5 seconds to get out of bed and get DS some breakfast and put on a Disney movie for him! You need your rest! I-)

    After being awake for 2 hrs and watching my hubby sleep the sleep of the just, i finally got up and killing time instead. It's so quiet in my apartment that my crunch crunch crunch of my cereal sounds as loud as a vacuum cleaner to me.
