I just looked at my 30 day plank challenge plan. I thought it maxed out at 2.5 minutes but it goes to 5 minutes! It shows a plank on their elbows & I have been doing a full arm extension (think push up position). Now that I am 10 days in I'd feel like I am wussing out to adjust my form now.
Thoughts?

I got really into planks before getting pg this last time and it made a huge difference in the way my body looked. I only made it up to 1:50 before I stopped increasing due to pregnancy. I cannot even imagine 5 minutes!
