Table Food

At what point did you start feeding or experimenting with table foods? I'm thinking ahead because we aren't even at level two foods yet. I want to start giving him a fruit in the morning and a veggie at night and hoping we can start level two foods soon to mix it up a bit.

    We ended up doing a modified BLW at 6.5 m b/c M started fighting the spoon.  Prior to that, I was giving him coarse textured foods such as fork mashed fruits and veggies. I make all his food so can't help with which stages.

    Failed multiple cycles of Clomid+TI and Clomid+IUI

    3/2011 inj+IUI #1 BFP. 4/2011 missed m/c. 

    Fall 2011 inj+IUI #2&3 BFN

    Jan/Feb 2012 IVF#1 BFP 2/23  EDD 10/31/2012 ~~~ Halloween ~~~

    Our IVF miracle, Baby Boy M, arrived on 11/8/2012!

    I think somewhere around 7 months we started with puffs, then yogurt drops, then moved on to soft solids.

    We did BLW with soft table food at 7 months but he didnt start to really eat and swallow until closer to 8 months.

    We are doing BLW. J has eaten sweet potato, chicken, carrot, noodles, tortilla, bread and tons of different fruit. She loves it and we are very low key and low pressure.

    Plus our sweet pooch is thrilled with BLW!

    Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
    Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
    IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
    ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.

    I was thinking of starting around 8 months. She just turned 6 months and is doing great on purees for now. We tried to give her a hunk of banana the other day and she just stared at us like "you gonna feed me or what?!"

    Our DD is 8 months and we are giving her more solids and less puréed. Up until now she rely didn't swallow much.

    Toast strips and bagels are good because they can just kind of suck on them and they are easy to hold.
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

    I started doing table foods blending them up once I got through testing most foods, carrots, potatoes, squash, peas, green beans, etc then I would just so you know you've already tried everything for allergy reasons.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP
