Empty fridge and cupboards

So somehow we have managed to get to a point where there is literally nothing in my house to put together as a proper lunch unless I turn on the oven and its super hot here today....I am dying for snack food or something and all I have in my fridge is water and an old plum and really old hCG from DH being on stims. And then some items like BBQ sauce and a pickle. The cupboards and deep freeze are equally bad. I can't go grocery shopping right now because I have a goodbye party for a friend to attend but I will have to go after. This is totally ridiculous! I am tempted to mix up some baby food with formula for myself or defrost tomorrows zucchini purée!

    LOL! On mixing up formula or purée. Sorry you find yourself with only a pickle. No advice, just hope they have food at the party.

    Yes! I am in a pickle with only a pickle! Off to the party now with my empty stomach.

    Do you have a tortilla? Throw the pickle on the tortilla, add some BBQ sauce, and call it a wrap! Haha. I won't lie, I ate E's applesauce for lunch the other day. Hopefully there's food at the party and you can make it to the grocery soon.

    We're in the same boat today...nothing to snack on!! Hope they have yummy food at the party!

    ER 8/2/12 - 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and ICSI'd, 6 fertilized. ET 8/7 - 2 embies. Beta#1 8/17: 143! Beta#2 8/20: 590! Beta#3 8/22: 1,162! 1st US 9/4: one beautiful little bean with the best sounding HB I've ever heard!
