Septated gestational sac at 6w5d?

My ultrasound yesterday revealed a thick band running across the middle of the gestational sac. They're referring me to a perinatologist but it will be a couple weeks before I can get in for an appt. the baby's heartbeat is at 140bpm and appears healthy, and is sitting in the bottom part of the sac below the band/septation. Has anyone had this? They wouldn't tell me anything
