Really, I miss grocery shopping!

I never thought I would say I miss grocery shopping! H has been very good about taking on the role and going every week, but he never buys the goodies that get! I'm home on BR and I want options!! I'm sitting here debating going to the store because nothing in our house looks good!

Any other bed ridden ladies find that you miss doing something that you hated doing before?

I miss grocery shopping too! I also miss vacuuming.

I definitely miss grocery shopping and housework. DH tries and but he just can't quite get it right. LOL. He had the nerve to bring home reduced fat ice cream a couple weeks ago and I almost had a breakdown.

No online grocery services in your area? I'm not on bedrest, but I know that's what I'd do if I have to - H just doesn't understand that when I send him with a list of specific things I want those EXACT things!

I've never tried online grocery shopping, I'll have to look into it.

Reduced fat? I probably would have broken down too! DH only gets necessities, he did pick up some kit-Katz last trip though

What about those carts you can ride? Then you could go with out the physical stressors

I miss just moving around and running errands. I never realized how many errands I did for our family until I could not do them! I always liked grocery shopping. I did it by myself during the day when the store was slower. It felt nice to get it accomplished.

Confession: I totally did this more than once after I hit 32wks. I was going crazy from 2mos of MBR so DH took me after my appointment ( right after an NST or u/s and a cervical check) and got things I was craving. There were times the carts weren't working so we had to change plans, but it was a nice break from routine.
