Domperidone meltabs

I tried to use the search button since I'm sure this has been asked but it is not working, how do you take these? Are you suppose to swallow like a pill? Or let melt on tongue? The box has no directions. TIA!

    I believe melt (that's what I did when I tried 'em) -- hence the name.
    TTC Since 11/10 due to Unexplained IF 
    4 Rounds of Clomid, 2 Rounds of Femara + IUI, 2 rounds of IUI+ Injectables (Bravelle + Menopur) = First BFP! TWIN GIRLS!

    November 2, 2012 - Claire (2lbs 8.9oz) and Paige (2lbs 10oz) arrive at 29w3d due to PTL and pPROM at 28w5d

    That's what I figured but I was nervous about putting it on my tongue and finding out it wasn't! Lol! I'm finding conflicting info on dosage, 3 tabs 3x 's a day or 2-4 tabs 4 x's a day? What did you take?
