ok so I am 31 weeks pregnant...and I have this burning throbbing like pain that starts under my left boob and goes all the way to my bellybutton....does anyone have any idea what it might be? should I go to the e.r. or what? I mean it really hurts I have to stay lying down for it to subside a little. I just about cant take it anymore and plus I am very worried!!!! HELP!
Re: it hurts bad
Only when people ask for medical advice/diagnosis that NO ONE HERE CAN GIVE YOU. My point is still valid - no one here can tell you what's wrong. Only a doctor can. Wasting time posting here asking people for medical advice/diagnosis isn't a smart thing to do. Period. And you didn't say that you called your dr. (I call bs, but whatever). If your pain is that bad, you should be going to the ER not sitting around waiting for people to tell you what could or couldn't be wrong with you.
ETA: I see that this is your first post and your first response. Maybe you should look around on other boards where people ask questions like this and get the same responses from others. This is not your personal medical board. I can already tell that Baby Center will be more to your liking.
Every pregnancy is different. Your pains may not be my pains, but I do know that working in the health care field, that is is not my place to determine what is wrong with you, that is what you pay your doctor for.
So, what's up with the "flag" button?
All members will have the ability to anonymously report posts that will now come directly to both moderator and admin attention. Keep in mind that we will review and take appropriate actions. This flagging option is NOT to be used as a “dislike” button or on posts that may disagree with you, etc.
The Bump will keep records of all reported posts and handle abusers of this flagging privilege individually.
In addition to flagged posts, we will continue to address any violations of our Community Rules. Review them here.
What should I flag?:
Spam- Any posts advertising services
Harassment- If you feel a user is harassing a member to an extreme level.
Online Vandalism- Posts designed to raise a user’s post count.
Personal Information- Any post where a person’s personal information is being given without their consent. This includes name, telephone number, address, email address, work information, etc.
Impersonating Other Members/The Bump Employees- Any username designed to be acopy of another user’s name or Knot Employee.
An obvious violation of the Community Rules should also be flagged.
I say the same thing a lot because people don't seem to understand that we can't diagnose. That, and anyone giving medical advice to anyone here is doing some completely irresponsible. I can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that you went through the trouble of creating an account to ask about your "hurts so bad" pain when you could have just handled it with your doctor.
Put your big girl panties on. I haven't violated and TOS agreements by saying what I did. If you want to keep using the abuse button as a dislike button, go for it. But you'll get banned a hell of a lot quicker than I will. The advice that I offered you was legitimate, and so were the points that I brought up.
Just because you're new to the internet doesn't mean that you're going to get special treatment and head pats.
You did NOT say in your original post that you were waiting for a reply from your doctor. How were readers of your post to know you are not some dumbass who is in pain but waits for replies on a message board before seeking medical attention.

That's cute. You come here asking for help, expecting us to be nice and then go on to insult the very people you want answers from? You are either incredibly immature, incredibly dumb or both.
In what universe is it ok to insult people then turn around & beg them to support you? Certainly not in mine, I'll tell you.
If you are in pain then consult a physician. If you've got a call into your OB or GP then you don't need extra input. You should also say so when you first post. We can't even attempt to help you a little bit if you withhold information or lie to us.
If you want to know if other posters have been through this type of thing before? Ask that direct question. We can't mind read.
Remove head from sphincter then post.
LFAF Summer 2016 Awards:
Hope you get some relief. Try laying down with pillows under you knees and shoulder/head while you wait for your doctor to call back. That's the most comfortable position for me these days
