Hi ladies. I am hoping someone can help me... I have 4 month old twins. One of them insists on nursing to sleep and bed-sharing for all naps and nighttime sleep. If i move away from her, she wakes and refuses to go back to sleep without me. I don't mind so much, except that it's really difficult to take care of my other daughter (my mom helps but obviously only I can BF) and I'll be returning to work in three weeks and have no idea how my mom will ever get her to nap.
I don't plan to ever use CIO and she's so young... Anyone know of any gentle ways I get her to nap in her crib unassisted? Unfortunately what works for a singleton (wearing down, nursing to sleep, taking naps with her, etc.) just aren't practical with twins and I am just stuck.

Thanks so much...

Also, how do they do if they're napping together, even touching each other skin to skin?

I've never tried putting them together. They flail their arms and legs so much I was afraid they'd hurt each other!
