Fetal Doppler Arrived!

Took me about 10-15 minutes, but then we found the heartbeat!!  The most amazing sound in the world.  I had a miscarriage in April so I can't help but to be nervous this pregnancy and this doppler has really helped calm my nerves.  I'm 10w 3d and 168 BPM!  Oh I just don't think I could be any happier than I am right now!! 

If you're at all interested, I'd highly recommend getting a fetal doppler.  It is so worth every penny!

    I can't wait to order one, I'm waiting until next week or the week after to order.  I don't want to get one too early and not be able to hear the heartbeat. So if I wait to order, I'll be forced to wait to try to hear. Lol

    I got mine from babybeat.com. It's a digital doppler so it shows the hearbeat. It is also a recorder and records directly on the system. Then you can hook it up to your computer and email all of your loved ones :)

    It is a little more expensive, it's rented for around 50/mth. It's also a 3mhz so it's really sensitive.

    So are you ladies renting these dopplers or purchasing? Expensive to purchase?

    @MrsS81112 I found my baby's HB at 8w5d.  I thought it would be too early, but I lucked out (after trying for three days) by starting right where the baby was.

    That's great! I know the feeling. I had to try a few times and was freaking out. But some of the ladies here calmed me down. I found it on my third try using it. Now I know where baby is and can find the HB. I heard it this morning :). I agree that it calms my nerves bc I had a loss last March. So it makes all the difference in the world to me. Esp between appts.
