i kicked them out

I needed baby and daddy to leave so I could clean the house MY way ... and it annoys me to NO END when daddy says he will chill with baby but I am in the kictchen/bathroom/bedroom whatever and I hear baby obviously trying to get dads attention or he is constantly telling her no don't do this or don't do that... so I kicked them out.

  • packed up RnP, baby bath, floor mat into garage (instead of stuck in nooks and crannies in house
  • cleaned bedroom
  • put away laundry
  • decluttered living room & nursery
  • vaccumed
  • moved tailgating box from LR to garage
  • hung all outwear back up in closet (instead of on back of bedroom door)
  • cut up potatoes for dinner (oh wait no I didn't because I can't get the cuisineart to work..it hates me)

now I have soundscapes on, incense burning and doors and windows open

Pat me on the back if you want... I just had to share.. going to go read now while I can!

    my real motivation was I just could not relax without it being done.. the house was no means dirty... but there were just lil things that were getting 1/2 done (RnP stuck behind bedroom tv instead of in garage or litter box being cleaned but not moved and vacummed under) soooo I feel wonderful now and I got the house to myself for a couple hours.....

    I cleaned today while M was in DC (trial week) . I actually was able to sit down and have a cup of coffee in front

    YOUR MOTIVATION:

    Picture yourself in a clean house .. with your favorite CD playing... picture your baby ger organized for baby #2.  Picture yourself and your SO both relaxed and enjoying your time with LO next weekend. Imagine being ableto read 2 chapters of a book with a cup of tea in a clean house without the nagging feeling like you should be doing something.

    Write down 5 things you hope to accomplish in those 2 hours.... eat a good breakfast and hydrate before your mom gets there.. so you aren't spending time on that ....
