CLEARED TO CLOSE!!!!
We have been in contract on a short sale since January...It has been an endless roller coaster of everything that could possibly happen. We had to switch to different type of loan...house was broken into a few times (previous owner moved out in December)...Seller's bank took forever to get us an approval letter...YOU NAME IT!
We are closing on MONDAY!!!!!! I am so freaking excited and scared at the same time. It's not going to feel real!!

We had quite the nightmare of a house-buying process, but we were only under contract for 70 days. I can't imagine what it's been like for 7 months. So glad it'll be yours in a few days!
