Does Anyone know of any prenatal yoga or fitness classes in the albany region or capital district?

    Cny fertility clinic and spa offers prenatal and general yoga classes. I have been taking both classes for a month and the instructor ( linda hill) is amazing!!!! It's located in Latham fist class is free then $10-13 a class depending on how many you purchase. Classes are Wednesday at 5:45
