Thankful Thursday

Didn't see this posted so I thought I'd do it. I have a couple!

- While I wish my hair wasn't falling out like crazy, I realized it has cut my blow drying time in half.

- Thankful to see this adorable smile when DS wakes up from long naps.

I am so thankful DD is a good sleeper. Yea she wakes up to feed at 3 am but goes right back to sleep. And I love that she actually wakes up because it reminds me that she is still my little baby. We do MOTN cuddles :x I read these horror stories on here about the 4 month sleep problem. Im just thankful LO is not doing that.

I am thankful for the time off I have with DD. She is growing so fast and I am really enjoying spending this time with her.

I'm thankful I still have about 40 sick days even after my maternity leave! Our childcare provider was admitted into the hospital for an infection and we have no one to keep LO while we both work tomorrow. So I'm using one of my days and staying home! .....( not feeling a bit guilty!)

Thankful for the Brown Bear, Brown Bear book. It's a recent addition to our collection and LO just loooooooooves it. Like, he flails his arms and legs and laughs every time I turn the page. I love reading with him

I'm thankful for "Mahna Mahna" by the Muppets. I got strep throat again & DS is super fussy but this song has been my lifesaver, I've played it about 20 times today, literally

I am thankful to be here with my husband again. Our son just absolutely loves him. Hubby thought Connor would forget him in the two months we were in Cali.. but nope.. he has even been going 'dadadadada' all day long and thinks he is the funniest thing. It is great to get some sleep now.

I'm thankful to have my hot water back!!! If I had to do one more bath or one more sink of dishes by boiling water and adding it to the cold, I think I would have cried. 13 days is my limit!!!

I am thankful for the end of summer. Fall is the best season and I can't wait to share my favorite fall things with LO (starting next weekend with the fair!)

I am thankful for all the rain we got last night (minus the flooding it caused) as Colorado like so many other places have been in a drought for awhile now. I am also thankful for my husband who is so knowledgable about so many things and has done so much to fix things around the house as well as getting rid of all the water in our basement late last night.
