I went into labor before my post-Thanksgiving scheduled csection. So when they admitted me they started me on pintocin pretty quickly, I assume to get the baby born as quickly as possible since it was the day before Thanksgiving and the doc had holiday plans......kinda jacked up I thought, haha. So I labored from 630am til around 6 and pushed for three hours before they decided I wasn't able to get the baby out on my own. So I find out at my post op appointment that LO was facing upward and they didn't realize this...however, I just figured I had a narrow pelvis and that's why I could not push baby out.
Watched a Baby Story on tv one day, months after giving birth, and heard the dr on there say the baby was facing up and therefore could not pass the bones. So is that always the case, anyone know?

O14 January Signature Challenge: Snow Fails
Got to 10cm, pushed for 3 hours, foreceps and trying to manually turn before his heart plummeted. I was rushed to the or. He got stuck and had battle wounds from the foreceps. My doc actually had to push him back up to deliver via section.
I had a RCS with my DD due to a complication during my first section. I have heard its less likely to have another ill positioned baby if you ever vbac.

I still had to recover, but it wasn't nearly as intense or long as w surgery. I felt totally fine after about two weeks, it took me a full 5+ with the CS.
