Do you ever have issues with it pulling transactions in twice?  For some reason it counts DHs student loan as two accounts and we've tried removing it, contact them to remove it, and yet, it's still an issue.  Now I check my email and see that I am over in just about every budget category (not what I want to see at 6am!!) and go to check things out and it's because it has pulled my checking account info in twice for the last week.  Yeah, I can see how that would be a problem.  Except now I don't know how to fix it while still maintaining my actual budget on there.  Anyone else have this issue?

    It is my only complaint about the website and if no one else has this issue I just may start to suspect my DH did something weird when he set it up last summer because this happens more than it should.  It doesn't show two checking accounts though which I guess is good.

    Ours does this every once in a while i go into the duplicate transaction and click on the exclude from mint button. It can be a PITA if there are tons of duplicates, but it should resolve the issue! You could also try deleting the account for the student loan and re adding it to see if that may help. Good luck!

    Lurker, but mine does that too for our checking account. I'm not sure why either and I can't figure it out. We got all the budget alerts this morning also, but unfortunately they're not related to the duplication because it's a different account ;).

    So it is deducting it from your checking account and from your student loan account?  I would just remove the loan account information.  Then it would only count the transaction from your checking, right?  I don't have it connected to anything other than our main accounts- one checking and two savings.
