Moving to toddler room - gift for infant room teachers?

Will is moving on up. I want to get his 3 teachers a gift card, probably to Target. Is that too impersonal? How much would you give? (I know that this would depend on a bunch of individual factors - but what do you think is appropriate? $30? $40?) He has been in that room with the same teachers since he was 4 months old. I do really like them - we will miss them.

    I think it is a sweet gesture and I am sure they will be appreciative.  I think anything within the 20-40$ range would be nice.  We loved LO teachers and were sad to see her move rooms as well. We did a gift cards to Target and made brownies and small candy bags for them.

    @aimee223 - thanks!! He doesn't doooo toys. Just random crap like batteries, outlets, plastic bottles, dirty diapers. How's your little guy?

    Also, thanks everyone! I ended up getting these little tin pails and filling them with hershey kisses, then writing "HUGS AND KISSES!" on the front and a card with a $30 GC to Target. Best I could do with leaving it to the last minute. Mom. of. the. year.
