Looking for some upper body and lower body strength training exercises that are safe for pregnancy

Hi ladies,
I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and try to walk about 40 mins a day (about 2.5 miles). Now that I am feeling better and have more energy I am looking for more ways to stay fit as get my body ready for delivering my baby. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks ladies!

  • I'm doing the strength training from P90X for my strength training.  I love lifting weights!  I'm just making sure not to lift any heavier than what I lifted when I got pregnant (if not a little lighter).
