Emails from recruiters

I just got a rediculous email from a recruiter that was all cut and paste and for something that I am not at all interested in and at a lower pay than I would accept. Do you respond to these and say no thank you or just delete?
IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

    I sometimes check out the recruiter a bit more.  If I think they'll have something that I'm interested in, I'll reply politely that the position they've referenced isn't the right fit, but to keep me in mind for XYZ opportunities.  If it looks like they'll never have anything, I just delete.
