What am I doing wrong with my siggy?

I am trying to put a pic in the siggy and I am doing it the same way I have for years. WTF, why is it just the link not the pic??

    I did it under the little dude's head in the right corner and just copied the link into the siggy window when I clicked the paper looking button. It just is confusing me.

    For Tiny Pic I think you might have to test out different codes. 

    What I find easier is to upload my picture into photobucket and just copy and paste the actual picture.  You can resize it by dragging the corners once its in the box.
