Return Of Previa?

I saw my OB today for my weekly ultrasound. Baby is healthy and doing breathing practices. The strange thing is evidently my placenta has moved. At 28 weeks my previa cleared on it's own and was 3cm from my cervix. Today at 33 weeks my placenta was less than 1 cm from my cervix. I was placed back on pelvic rest and told that unless the impossible happens and it moves, again, I will have a c section. I am so bummed. I feel like I've been heading towards a c section this whole pregnancy. As soon as one condition clears (breech baby, placenta previa) something else (GD, placenta previa) pop up to rule out natural delivery. I know all that matters is both of us getting out healthy but I'm still bummed. Has anyone had previa clear up after 34 weeks?

I don't know much about placenta previa. I definitely didn't know it could move so greatly. I knew there was a chance. I hope things improve again for you!

Thanks! I hope it clears up too. My Dr is not so hopeful. She said it's pretty rare to re-occur this late.

Mine moved the wrong way too. It went from partial at 17 weeks to compete at 29. I'm 33 weeks and it is not moving at all. I'm having a section at 37.
