  Pasta...al diablo, I think? (I sort of thought I made it up, until I saw basically the exact same thing at an Italian restaurant). Mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, onions, garlic and artichoke hearts in a white wine sauce.

  I did chicken breast in the crockpot with cream cheese, cream if chicken soup and Italian dressing packet. Out it over rice and had broccoli on the side. It was delicious!!

  Leftover lasagna from yesterday. I made/used cashew cream instead of ricotta & used daiya (non-dairy/soy) mozzarella. It was amazing, and I made an extra pan to stick in the freezer for later, too. It was a special request from a visiting friend!
