Bedtime routine

What is yours and has it changed at all as LO has gotten older ? We do bath massage bottle bed but lately after bath DS is so squirmy and wild that when bottle time
Comes he's distracted and hyper . Tonight I tried to so a book during bottle to calm him down but he wasn't having it. Any othe suggestions ?

I would move the bath to the morning and see if that works. You could just clean him with a wet towel, bottle and then bed.
