I'm not a teacher...but I still pack a lunch. Can you do soup? I eat soup almost every single day. Salads also, but lately I've been chucking my salad in the garbage

My doctor told me you cold eat lunch meat. Just heat it up to steaming at some point. You can even let it cool down for later if you aren't a big fan of hot sandwiches.
You're eating? Ha I'm sticking with crackers and ginger ale. So jealous! My first period thinks I'm a spastic and evil...had to run out to the bathroom before they saw more than they needed to for the second day of school.
Today I ate lean cuisine but I don't think the baby liked it!! Also, all my coworkers and students keep telling me, "you look exhausted!" I so wish I could tell them, "yeah! I am! Growing a baby is hard work!"
Honestly, I have been doing PB&J's lately. Or DH will cook up a bunch of plain chicken and I can do sandwiches, salads, veggies, or wraps with it. You barely miss the lunch meat.

I'm not a teacher but I also pack my lunch... Lately all I can stomach is PBJ too!
Leftovers! I started eating Paleo a month ago, which meant no bread or frozen meals, and had to completely rethink lunches. Now I have leftovers or salads with good chicken and nuts. I just always make sure to make enough extra at dinner and pack it the night before.

I typically bring leftovers from the night before. I also like PB&J, cottage cheese and fruit, salads, etc. I'll also do lunch meat- I just heat it up first. We go back to school next week, so we will have to see what sounds good then.
I have been eating pb&j because there really isn't a lunch for me right now. Too busy trying to get my babies to eat. I had a previous post regarding the same thing. Those ladies had great ideas. Also, my doctor said lunch meat was fine too.
Not back to school yet- I love a good 'sammitch' but don't usually pack that for school. 30 min isn't long enough to devour my 12 in Italian w the works j/k (kinda).
I usually grill a ton of chicken or make turkey meatballs every other weekend (or so) portion and freeze and make my own lean cuisine type meals for the week(s). Some of my favorite combos are: super pasta rotini with chicken, broccoli, and basil pesto- quinoa with chicken, corn, black beans, green chilies, grated cheese and salsa- turkey meatballs with rotini diced tomatoes, and mushrooms.
I just went back this week and I am living on pb&j..but I can tell this isn't going to last long! I was thinking maybe a veggie wrap with cheddar cheese? Maybe a salad here and there, left overs, a bagel, oatmeal, cereal ..and when I am sick of all this ill have to get creative!
I have still been making my spinach turkey lunch meat sandwiches, making sure to heat the meat on the griddle first. I'm actually not even sure if that's okay. I also have a mini-fridge in my room and keep a supply of apples, almond butter, and string cheese.
My favorites are: Grilled shredded chicken with fresh salsa, turkey meatballs stuffed with mushrooms and brown rice, tuna salad with Greek yogurt, lentils and rice, mixed fruit, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt.
Re: Ok teachers....
You can still eat lunch meat as long as you heat it to steaming before eating.
I'm not big on lunch meat, so my normal lunches are yogurt, granola, fruit and veggies.
