OK, I have a vent about the garbage truck. Why did they wait until school was getting out to come pick up today? We have narrow streets and as I've mentioned before we live in an area where almost all kids walk...like probably 500 out of the 800 that are at the school. It just seems like they would have planned it better. Honestly, this is the first time I've noticed it happened at this time, maybe they're still in summer mode. Anyway, really hoping DD makes it home without having to dodge the truck.
Next and this one is pretty lame...but I sent DH a text asking him to pick up a very specific item from WF {Whole Foods} and he thought I meant our other store that starts with a W, but is only one word. Umm...what did you think the F was for? Have we ever bought those chicken cutlets from there? No. Ugh. He did offer to go back to get the at Whole Foods, but it is like 15 minutes in the other direction that he had just come from, so I couldn't make him do it. Oh well, he is a sweet guy for offering to go back, but dude...think next time!!
Re: Air your grievances here...{vents!}

I think I'm more annoyed that I have to go to court than anything else. It's not something I can appeal/plead not guilty to with proof on insurance by mail, but it's perfectly fine to mail them proof of insurance/upload an insurance card to their website if they send you a notice in the mail if they think your insured is expired.
And won't you still have to pay court costs? You do here, and that's like $185. Suuucks.

In my state they run it through the computer system. I was pulled over at a random seatbelt/alcohol check once and, for whatever reason, didn't have my insurance in the car. They just pulled it by my name in the insurance system and verified I was covered. I never thought OK would be the technologically advanced state on anything!
Edit: I woke up to find DS1 and his room covered in diarrhea. Barf.
ETA: I don't know why. But it has proven true. haha.
Tuesday night some vandals drove around town shooting out car/building windows. (With a bbgun) They hit over 50 cars plus shot out windows at the high school and low income preK building. My rear window was totally shattered.
Our AC hasn't been installed yet and I'm stuck at home all day without a car, though it should be done tonight. Also we all have colds and did I mention it's hot?
ETA: My neighborhood is actually pretty safe. I live very close to a hospital and it's well lit. There are always cops driving by. The majority of the incidents occurred a couple of blocks over. We figure they did my car first and realized it was a bad spot for vandalism and moved on a few blocks over.
It was the stress of watching that bear fight.
