I have this weird inner hip pain – a strange description but that’s all I can think of to pinpoint the location. It’s like the ligaments/muscles you would stretch if you sat Indian style (forgive me…criss cross apple sauce…I’m a child of the ‘80’s and from a Cherokee bloodline so I’m allowed) and leaned forward. It doesn’t feel like joint pain at all. It isn’t terrible, just slightly bothersome and I feel it mainly when I walk around. Of course I consulted the all-knowing Google which always leads you nowhere good (and fast). I came across a ton of scary stories about blood clots, etc. which I do not believe this is of course.
I’m not asking for a diagnosis here, although I know we are all highly respected MDs, just trying to figure out if anyone is experiencing this or if I’m alone here…
Re: I put my hand up on my hip
When I dip you dip we dip
You put your hand upon my hip
When you dip I dip we dip
I put my hand upon your hip
When I dip you dip we dip
You put yours and I put mine
And we can get down low
And roll it round

We totally just blasted this in our office and had a mini dance-off. I didn’t win…back to work now.
All my teacher friends say that have been instructed to say criss cross apple sauce with their younger students…maybe it is a regional thing?
