Vitamin with fluoride

At our 4 mo checkup Pedi gave me a prescription for a vitamin with fluoride bc DD only gets bm. Anyone else? I thought bm gave kids all they needed????

    My DS1 is still on vitamin with fluoride until he turns three. He was formula fed after 3 months. I don't think it has to due with BF vs FF.
